About the Virtual Platform
The Midwest has partnered with Cadmium to develop a customized virtual platform complete with an Engagement Hub/Virtual Trade Show for sponsors. You can set up and customize your "Hub", as well as interact face-to-face with attendees throughout the conference. Once you register your company as a sponsor we will walk you through all of the details so that you get the most out of your investment in the virtual event.

Components of the Cadmium platform:
  • eventScribe® Website - The main landing page for all event content with navigation tiles to all sub-areas of the site including: full schedule, posters, On Demand sessions, Engagement Hub.
  • eventScribe® Mobile App - To use in conjunction with the desktop site for a more engaging experience. Attendees will be able to access content, receive push notifications and use the Activity Stream to connect with other participants.
  • Livestream - All organized symposia will be held in the Livestream channel using a webinar style format where only the presenters are on camera, and attendees interact using the Discussion/Question chat options.
  • Engagement Hub/Virtual Trade Show - The Engagement Hub will feature all participating sponsors. Each company will have a link to their "Hub" where attendees can navigate tabs to find information such as: contact information, social media links, product video or brief greeting video, resources, video chat, etc.
