Call for Abstracts - CLOSED!

The deadline to submit an Abstract has passed. The information below is for reference only.

The scientific program will consist of three types of sessions:
  1. Oral Presentation – Part of an Organized Symposia: A series of individual presentations that address aspects of a single topic or theme.
  2. Oral Presentations – General Contributed Session: A 20-minute presentation that will be grouped with similar presentations to form thematic sessions, based on selected disciplines: Fisheries; Wildlife; Human Dimensions/Outreach/Public Engagement.
  3. Poster Presentations: 4’x4’ printed poster showcased as part of the Poster Session.

In addition to the scientific program, the Conference agenda will include workshops, related/affiliated meetings, plenary sessions, and networking opportunities.

The Call for Abstracts is now open and we invite you to submit an abstract for either an individual presentation with an organized symposium, for a general contributed oral presentation, or a poster.

*Oral presentation authors have the option of indicating interest in an Organized Symposium, either as an invited speaker, or if you want your talk to be considered for a particular symposium. Overviews of the accepted symposia are posted to the conference website for reference.

* Contributed Oral and Poster presentations will be grouped with similar presentations to form thematic sessions. The topics you select are used to create these groupings.

All abstracts must be submitted online by the deadline of Friday, October 10th. Please submit an abstract only if you plan to attend the meeting. All presenters, whether presenting in a symposium, oral, or poster session, are required to register and pay the applicable fees.
