Call for Symposia
CLOSED! DEADLINE: JULY 29, 2024
On behalf of the Missouri Department of Conservation, thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal to organize a symposium at the 2025 Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference.
An Organized Symposium is a series of integrated presentations that address aspects of a single topic or theme. A symposium can consist of invited speakers only or be open to accepting presentations from the general call for abstracts, which will open by mid-August.
If you have an innovative idea on a timely subject that would appeal to fish and wildlife professionals from across the midwestern states, please submit a proposal for consideration.

Responsibilities of Symposium Organizers
Organizers are responsible for coordinating with the Program Committee, planning their session, selecting presenters, moderating their symposia, and adhering to all deadlines. MWFWC does not pay registration fees, travel expenses, or honoraria for symposium organizers or presenters; and everyone must register for the conference.
